GMSR is a Limited Liability Company in the State of Michigan and managed in a non-discriminatory and impartial manner. The company offers its services to all applicants seeking certification to both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

GMSR performs 2nd & 3rd party QMS and EMS assessments and grant certification in accordance with the governing policies, guidelines, and criteria for international accrediting bodies.

The organization was founded on the belief that Quality is defined as an inherent characteristic and the highest degree of excellence achievable. We believe the true essence of Quality is a state of mind and a way of life. By living and working to this philosophy and in meeting our obligation and commitment to the quality profession we will set the standard by which others are measured, thus ensuring success. A copy of the GMSR Organization Chart, showing the company’s reporting structure is available upon request with written responsibilities and procedures relating to the accreditation process. The company delegates’ authority to committees or individuals as required undertaking activities on its behalf and to safeguard impartiality in decisions and activities related to certification.

The company exists as a true virtual company and operates as a separate entity independent of conflict of interest . The organization has staff for the administration of the company’s finances, legal affairs, and management of its operating policies and procedures. The aim of management is to ensure the integrity of its officers, associates, affiliates, and suppliers.
