Steve's the boss, the big Kahuna, the main man, the chairman of the board, the Donald Trump of 4Words Systems. We'll just say he's really smart, fair and nice.

Steve had a dream, an impossible dream, of starting a company that was innovative and ahead of the competition. A place where a group of talented people worked together towards one common goal: to be the best. Instead, he settled for us. Thanks Steve, we appreciate it. Did I mention he also hands out promotions and raises like candy?

Steve's the one with all the talent. We're just filling the rest of the chairs.

Once upon a time, Steve had a real job. In fact he had several. He was in the printing business for eight years. Then he developed large-scale software for companies such as Delta Dental, Ford Credit and Compuware. He finally decided that the forty dollar watch he received as a consolation prize for all the hard work and grueling hours just wasn't worth it. So he chucked the corporate ladder of IT for the much more rewarding position of head babysitter.

Now Steve is free to pretend he's out to lunch while he's on the golf course. Maybe he thinks GOLF is an acronym, for Getting Off Line For a while. In fact, Steve has so much free time on his hands that he even started up another company called W4 Signs.

Steve and his super cute wife Mary have two daughters, ages 8 and 6. Steve's a closet Hannah Montana fan, and his favorite pastimes are bringing home pets, banging on the drums at 3:00 am, pretending to care, and spending money on My Little Pony dolls every chance he gets.
